BetUnited uses OTPs sent to your registered email address for certain actions — such as confirming your login from a new device, completing sensitive account changes, or verifying your identity. Here's everything you need to know about OTPs at BetUnited.
How OTPs work at BetUnited
• OTPs are sent exclusively to your registered email address.
• Each OTP is a unique 6-digit code.
• A new OTP is generated each time you request one and only use the most recent code.
• Never share your OTP with anyone — BetUnited support staff will not ask to share it.
Why am I not receiving my OTP?
If your OTP email hasn't arrived, work through these checks:
• Check your spam or junk folder
• In Gmail, check the Promotions and Updates tabs
• In Outlook, check the Other inbox tab
• Confirm your registered email address is correct in Account > Profile Settings.
• Add noreply@betuntd.ca to your contacts
• Wait at least 60 seconds
• Check that your email inbox is not full or over its storage limit
