Why is Betunited detecting my location incorrectly?
Incorrect detection can occur in areas with weak GPS signals, when only IP-based geolocation is used, or if your device's location data is cached. Enable both GPS and Wi-Fi on your device, restart it, and reopen the Betunited app. If the problem continues, contact support with your device model and OS version.
Why does the app ask for my location every time I start a session?
This is expected and normal behaviour. Betunited verifies your location at the start of every real-money session to ensure you remain in a permitted province. The check typically completes in a few seconds when your location services are active.
I have moved to a different province — will my access change?
Yes. If you relocate from a restricted province to a permitted one (or the reverse), your access to real-money games will update automatically at your next session. No manual update is needed — the geolocation system reflects your current physical location in real time.
