How do I withdraw funds from my BetUnited account?

Withdrawals may be held for several reasons: your KYC verification is incomplete or documents are pending review; the withdrawal amount has triggered an enhanced due diligence check (common for amounts over $1,000); there is a pending bonus wagering requirement on your account; or the payment team requires additional confirmation for security purposes. You will be notified by email if any further action is required from you.
Can I cancel a withdrawal request?
Yes, you can cancel a withdrawal request while it is still in a 'Pending' status, before it has been approved and processed. Go to 'Withdraw History' in your account, find the pending request, and select 'Cancel'. Once a withdrawal has been approved and sent for processing, it cannot be cancelled. Cancelled withdrawal amounts are returned to your BetUnited wallet immediately.
Is there a fee for withdrawing?
BetUnited does not charge any fees for standard withdrawal transactions. However, your bank or payment provider may apply processing or service fees. Any fees charged by your financial institution or payment provider are outside of BetUnited's control.
Why do I need to verify my identity before withdrawing?
KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is a legal requirement under Canadian anti-money laundering regulations and a condition of BetUnited's operating license. It ensures that funds are paid to the correct, verified account holder and protects against fraud and identity theft.
