A game won't load — what should I try?
Work through these steps: refresh the page or restart the app; disable any browser extensions, ad-blockers, or VPNs; clear your browser cache; check your internet connection speed (you need at least 5 Mbps for smooth gameplay, and 10+ Mbps for live dealer games); ensure your browser or app is up to date. If one specific game won't load but others do, the game provider may be experiencing a temporary outage — try again in 15 to 30 minutes.
A game is showing an error code — what does it mean?
Error codes vary by game provider, but here are the most common ones: Error 404 / Game Not Found — the game may be temporarily unavailable or region-restricted; try another game. Connection Error / Error 500 — a server-side issue; refresh and try again in a few minutes. Session Expired — your session timed out; log out, log back in, and relaunch the game. RNG/Fairness Error — a rare internal game error; contact support with the game name and error code so we can investigate.
The game froze mid-spin or mid-hand — was my bet lost?
No. All bets are recorded on our servers the instant you confirm them, regardless of what happens on your screen. If a game freezes, close it, reopen it, and check your transaction history in Account > Transaction History to see the recorded outcome. If the result wasn't credited correctly, contact support immediately with the game name, approximate time, and bet amount.
Games are lagging or stuttering during play.
Lag is almost always a connection issue. Check your internet speed — slots need at least 3 to 5 Mbps, live dealer games need 10 Mbps or more for HD streaming. Close other apps and browser tabs consuming bandwidth. Switch from Wi-Fi to a wired connection if possible, or move closer to your router. On mobile, switch from Wi-Fi to 4G/5G if your Wi-Fi signal is weak. Some games also have a 'Low Quality' or 'Lite Mode' setting — enabling this can significantly reduce lag.
Live dealer video is buffering or the stream keeps dropping.
Live dealer games are bandwidth-intensive. Ensure you have a stable connection of at least 10 Mbps. Avoid playing on public Wi-Fi or shared networks with many users. Close video streaming apps (YouTube, Netflix) running in the background. If buffering continues, try lowering the video quality in the live game settings — most live games offer SD and HD options. Switching from Wi-Fi to mobile data (4G/5G) often resolves persistent buffering issues.
A game result seems wrong — how do I dispute it?
Contact our support team via live chat or email within 48 hours of the round occurring. Provide: your registered email, the game name, the date and time of the round, the bet amount, and a description of what you believe went wrong. Our team will pull the server-side game logs and investigate. All game outcomes are recorded independently of the client display, so we can verify every result. Betunited's decision following a full investigation is final.
