What is the difference between my real-money balance and bonus balance?
Your real-money balance consists of funds you have deposited or withdrawn winnings that have met all wagering requirements — this balance is always available for withdrawal. Your bonus balance consists of promotional credits or bonus funds that are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to real money and withdrawn. The two balances are displayed separately in your account wallet.
In what currency is my Betunited account held?
All Betunited accounts for Canadian players are held in Canadian Dollars (CAD). All deposits, withdrawals, game wagers, and winnings are processed in CAD. If you deposit using a method that operates in another currency (e.g., a USD credit card), your bank or card provider will apply their own foreign exchange rate before the funds reach Betunited.
Can I set deposit limits on my account?
Yes. Betunited provides tools to help you manage your spending responsibly. You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in your Account Settings under Responsible Gaming. Limits can be decreased immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect, as required by responsible gaming best practices.
What happens to my balance if I self-exclude?
If you activate a self-exclusion, your account is suspended and you will no longer be able to access real-money features. Any remaining verified real-money balance in your wallet will be refunded to your last verified withdrawal method. Contact our support team to initiate the balance refund during your self-exclusion period.
Can I transfer funds to another player at Betunited?
No. Betunited does not permit the transfer of funds between player accounts. Each account is individual, and balances cannot be gifted, transferred, or shared with other players. Any attempt to move funds between accounts may be treated as a terms violation and investigated accordingly.
What happens to unclaimed winnings or an inactive account?
If your account has been inactive (no login or real-money activity) for 12 consecutive months, Betunited may apply a monthly inactivity fee as outlined in our Terms & Conditions. You will be notified by email before any fee is applied. To avoid inactivity fees, simply log in and engage in account activity. Accounts dormant for an extended period may be closed, with remaining balances returned to the verified account holder upon request.
